Detailed Itinerary
Day 01 ARRIVE MUMBAI
Arrive at Mumbai international airport and welcome and meet with our company representative. Later transfer to well-appointed hotel. Night stay in Mumbai.
Day 02 MUMBAI
After breakfast, proceed for the morning half day city tour of Bombay, the political capital of Maharashtra, and financial capital of India, also famous for India Film Industry Bollywood.
Visit – Gateway of India, The Prince of Wales Museum, and Chowpatty Beach & Juhu Beach – Chowpatty beach is situated on Marine Drive. Night stay Mumbai.
Day 03 MUMBAI – AURANGABAD
After breakfast, you will drive to Mumbai airport to board your flight for Aurangabad. On arrival transfer to hotel. Night stay in Aurangabad.
Day 04 AURANGABAD – VISIT ELLORA CAVES
After breakfast you will have an excursion of Ellora Caves Tour – Carved between fourth and fifth century, the rock temples and monasteries of Ellora represent the three major faiths of India – Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. (Closed on Tuesday)
After that, you will have also the sightseeing of Aurangabad like Daulatabad fort. Come back to hotel and night stay in Aurangabad.
Day 05 AURANGABAD – BURHANPUR (VISIT AJANTA CAVES)
After breakfast you will drive to Burhanpur via visitAjanta caves (Closed on Monday) – offers a rich tapestry of images that speak of palaces, royalty, cultures, and tales of everyday life of ancient India.
Later drive to Burhanpur, on arrival check in the hotel and night stay in Hotel.
After breakfast, you will move to Maheshwar. On arrival check in the hotel. Night stay in Maheshwar.
After breakfast, you will have a full day excursion of Mandu. Later come back to Maheshwar hotel. Night stay in Maheshwar.
Day 08 MAHESHWAR – VISIT OMKARESHWAR
After breakfast you will have an excursion of Omkareshwar – this is the famous Hindu temple which is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Later come back to Maheshwar and rest at the hotel. Night stay in Maheshwar.
Day 09 MAHESHWAR – BHOPAL
After breakfast you will drive to Bhopal – is the capital of Madhya Pradesh. On arrival check in the hotel. Night stay in Bhopal.
After breakfast, you will have an excursion of Bhimbetka – 130 rock shelter. The biggest repository of prehistoric art in India. Bhopal covering exquisite Taj-ul-Masjid, The Jama Masjid, and the Moti Masjid, Tribal Habitat Museum – offers a fascinating insight into India’s tribal culture, twin lakes. Night stay in Bhopal.
Day 11 BHOPAL / KHAJURAHO VIA SANCH
After breakfast you will drive to Khajuraho via Sanchi Visit – Sanchi is an exotic example of Buddhist architecture of ancient India. It is believed that Emperor Ashoka (273-236 BC).
Later drive to Khajuraho and check in the hotel. Night stay in Khajuraho.
Day 12 KHAJURAHO
After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing tour of Khajuraho- famous for the legendary temples. Acknowledged as one of the world’s artistic wonders. Khajuraho has achieved fame for the sensual appeal of its erotic sculptures and all the temples are divided into two parts Easter part and western part of temples. Night stay in Khajuraho.
Day 13 KHAJURAHO – VARANASI FLY
After breakfast, you will drive to Khajuraho airport to board your flight for Varanasi. On arrival, Varanasi checks in the hotel. In the evening you will have a boat ride with exploring Ganga Aarti at Gange’s ghat. Night stay in Varanasi.
Day 14 VARANASI
After breakfast, you will have local sightseeing of Varanasi – Bharat Mata temple, Sankat Mochan temple, and Banaras Hindu University. Later you will have an excursion of Sarnath – where Lord Buddha has given the first lesson. Late evening comes back to the hotel. Night stay in Varanasi.
Day 15 VARANASI / DELHI FLY
After breakfast, you will drive to the airport to board your flight for Delhi. On arrival, Delhi checks in the hotel. Rest day free. Night stay in Delhi.
Day 16 FLY HOME
After breakfast, you will drive to the airport to board your flight to onward journey.
