About Pushkar
The Pushkar Fair (Pushkar Camel Fair) or Pushkar Mela, as it is locally known as, is an annual five day camel and livestock fair held in the town of Pushkar between the months of October and November. It is one of the world’s largest cattle fairs.
It has developed into a significant tourist destination in addition to the buying and selling of livestock. The primary draws for this fair that draws thousands of tourists are competitions like the “matka phod,” “longest moustache,” and “bridal competition.” A football exhibition game between the neighbourhood Pushkar Club and a group of foreign tourists has been a part of the festival in recent years.
Pushkar Camel fair Tour Itinerary
Day 01: Delhi Arrival
You will arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport T3/ Delhi Train Station. Check-in at your hotel by own. Night stay in Delhi.
Day 02: Delhi – Ajmer Train
Morning Departure transfer to Delhi Railway Station. Board the Train to Ajmer. On arrival in Ajmer, driver will take you to Pushkar Camp.
Upon arrival check in into your camp which comes with attached private facilities.
Your stay is on a full board basis. Lunch.
Then the rest of the day to explore various facts of Pushkar Fair.
These two days you can wander around Fair Grounds.
Witness various activities. Small roadside shops decorated with local handicrafts etc. (Bangles, Jewellery, Trinkets etc.)
Dinner and overnight stay in your Air conditioned camp.
After breakfast, you will again visit Pushkar fair glimpses. Whole day free for watching every ingredient that makes Rajasthan a distinct place can be spotted in the fair including men dressed in colourful traditional clothes, women in mirrored skirts and vivid shawls, embroidered garments, exquisitely designed jewellery, pots, and ornaments. Do not forget to visit The Brahma Temple and Holy Pushkar Lake.
Your all three meals will be at the camp.

Day 04: Pushkar – Delhi
Breakfast at the Camp
Checkout from the hotel and drive to Ajmer station to board your train to Delhi included in package.
